Chapter 1.2

Hello again!

Last chapter the legacy part finally started with Mo and Azure on an empty 50×50 lot with hardly any money. They made a bit of progress (money-wise) but then Mo got abducted and returned pregnant. On day 2 or 3, anyway, waaaay too early. Last chapter also ended with Mo in labour.

Azure: Oh wow, it’s a bit early but I’m happy about it!

I can guess your thoughts. Risky woohoo strikes again! But nope, I did this. I don’t want the kids to have a too huge age gap so the family planing is forwarded A LOT.

And yes, Mo is still in labour. There’s no money for a cradle and I forgot you can send a pregnant sim to hospital rabbit hole style. So he suffers…

Azure: Honey, you’ll never believe what happened!

Mo: What?

Azure: I’m pregnant as well!

Mo: What do you mean, as well?

Oh come on! Stop ignoring the fact you’re about to pop out a baby. I wonder what alien colour it’ll have!

Also, I’m so mad the mouth glitch from the time the BASE GAME was published is STILL in the game.

Ah yes, the suffering is unbearable.

But look at those cute pants. Thehehe

And please admire the walls. Walls that are the reason why Mo has to suffer.

After several sim hours (8 or so?) a notification shows up saying that some organisation feels sorry and donates this cradle.

Mo: Where will this thing come out? Please, tell me…

I have NO idea. Honestly.

And here it is, the first baby of this legacy! And the baby is… uhm, no alien?

I’m confused. A LOT.

Anyway, welcome to the world, Polly!

This generation’s name theme is Peaky Blinders 🙂 I’m not good at picking a theme so you better get used to tv shows and movie names 😛

Azure: Aw, look at you. Aren’t you cute? I’m not your real mother but I’ll love you like my own babies.

Azure really cares for Polly and it’s so cute to watch.

Out of fairness I decided to not allow Polly to be eligible for heirdom. She’s not blood related to Azure after all.

Azure in the meantime shows her own baby bump!

Azure: I know now how Mo felt.

Well, at least there’s a roof over your head!

Nothing too interesting happened and it’s time for Polly to become a toddler.

Spoiler: With the family planing starting this early the first few chapters will not be too exciting… I’ll try my best to entertain you nontheless 🙂

And her skintone changes again. No alien skin colour. Let’s check out CAS.

A little makeover later and we have this cutie! Polly is adorable, isn’t she?

And nope, not an alien AT ALL! Mo is an alien, the abductor is clearly an alien but Polly is human.

Why are aliens so glitchy?!

Anyway, her toddler trait (randomised in game of course) is Angelic.

As Azure and Mo work hard in their careers, there are some savings by now and I spent them all on toddler stuff.

Blarffy is a must have of course.

In the last legacy ALL toddlers maxed their skills and this will be the case in this legacy too. I have my tricks to get there easily. 😉 Without cheats of course.

Azure struggles with the pressure of performing well in her career while growing a baby inside her.

Azure: Zzz… sleep is important…

And assleep is so important the labour begins during her well needed night’s sleep 😀

Azure: Oh gosh, why did I do this? I saw Mo suffering and now I have to endure the same…

Look on the bright side! At least you know where the baby will come out 😛

Polly’s cradle is still there so Azure is lucky to shorten the labour.

And she welcomes a purple baby! So cute!

And this time, it’s a boy. Welcome to the family, Thomas! Yes, named after Thomas Shelby and just like in the show he will be called Thommy 🙂

Mo: Why am I in here?

Azure: Because someone was too slow to take a screenshot of the confetti.

Mo: What confetti?

Azure: I’m expecting again!

I might regret it at some point but considering Azure’s aspiration (Jungle Explorer) the family planing is better to be done ASAP. And that’s also the reason why the chapters will be a bit boring at first… SOOOO sorry!

So, this is the second screenshot of baby Thommy… and it’s his birthday.

Let’s be honest, babies in the game are boring.

And here we have the second toddler of the generation, but the first eligible one.

He’s adorable and purple! He’s blond because both his parents have got hair colours toddlers cannot have. I hope I won’t forget to change them back to blue once he’s a teen.

Spoiler: I will forget.

Ah yes, and his trait is Silly.

Polly: Not fair! Why am I ignored?

Thommy: Blarffy! Gah gah gah!

Polly: See?

Hey Azure, there’s a table with chairs.

Azure: I just came home from work. I’d like to spend some time with my boy.

Well, fair.

Azure: Uh, excuse me? Why didn’t you wake me?

I was busy…

Azure: With what? Is a pregnant sim not your priority?

Uhm… I always do something else when everyone’s asleep…

Oh wow, this family is gross…

But are the really surprised? All my sims’ houses look exactly like this. Dirty. One reason why I don’t have the dust pack…

Thommy: Daddy, higher!

Mo: Oops. I almost dropped him!

Did you notice the walls and floors? Well, there’s more money now. But at the same time, I didn’t think it through. BLUE walls with a BLUE alien and two aliens with BLUE hair… Well, at least you know my favourite colour now 😀

Azure: Please be quicker this time!

Please be blue this time! 🙂

Azure: We don’t have favourite skin colours in this house.

… Sorry …

Blue would’ve been nice but purple is cool too!

This will be the last baby for this generation. Unless risky woohoo hates me.

Mo: I go to work, I cook and now I also have to clean after my wife? Sometimes I wonder what life would be like if I stayed on my planet…

Hm, probably the same?

Mo: So, you are my second son? Arthur. I like the name.

Let’s hope he doesn’t turn out to be like his namesake.

Mo: I love my guitar but this keyboard can make barking noises!

Mo climbed up the ladder of success and now needs to learn another instrument. As I love the piano I chose the keyboard. If that makes sense? Same skill but the keyboard needs less space and it’s cheaper. A lot cheaper…
