Chapter 6.5

Hello everyone!

What happened last chapter? Mark was born (first baby of generation 7!), Roger completed the alien collection and was set free (and immediately drank tap water), and Loki was a badass again.

When you follow the thread on the sims forum, you know there’s a little surprise coming soon. And it’s in this chapter. Excited?

The plaque on the right upper side is the new alien collection 🙂

One more collection to go for the final collection point! I would have never thought I’d come this far!

Roger: Who found it? Say it, say it!

Roger blends in just fine with the waterslide. Same shade of blue.

Perla is creative and after her spellcaster aspiration she’ll get the Painter Extraordinaire aspiration (probably 😀 ).

She already paints a bit for fun. And also to get the 5 emotional paintings for another point.

No! NO! Not now! Not here!

Roger: Is this the most expensive floor we have in this house? Then I’m fine to die here.

What is it with my sims dying in small bathrooms?

The only one to notice the death of our blue boy is Kody.

And here you see why I hate it when sims die in a small bathroom. Horrible for screenshot taking -.-

Grimmy: Is he the butler?

The dead one or the one next to you?

Grimmy: Do you think I’m dumb? The one next to me in butlers attire!

Yeah, that’s our butler Kody.

Grimmy: Secret affair of the blue dude or why is he crying?

Blue didn’t wake up while the love of her life passed away.

But when you look at her face, she looks sad. It seems as if deep down she could feel the loss even while sleeping.

Everyone in the house grieved, everyone but Perla.

To her defense, she barely knew Roger. He was a bit weird and avoided her.

And now to the surprise!

Mark aged up to toddler!

His toddler trait is Silly.

Look at him here. Pointy ears! ❤ But that’s not the surprise yet.

When I entered CAS his pointy ears were gone.

BUT: He is a spellcaster! And he has the spellcaster red eyes (that’s why his eyes aren’t my Meteor eyes here).

I gave him a makeover (yes, I slimmed him down because he had fat maxed and I see this as a bug as no one in the family is even close to being fat!).

And his red eyes turned to Perla’s purple eyes.

The “surprise” is actually me asking you all what he should end up with (as a teen probably): red spellcaster eyes or Perla’s purple eyes?

And yes, freckles!

Also, don’t worry. Mark got his pointy ears back after I left CAS.

A huge glitch going on there.

Lily got to be the badie…

Lily: According to rumors you had an affair with my late father! How dare you?! You are fired!

Rumor, huh? Grimmy must be a tattle-tale 😀

Poor Kody 😦 That’s why I tried to find a nice way to fire him…

At least he’ll spend some final days with his elder wife.

A few days later I saw he already married a new – young! – woman 😀

Lily: Ah, daddy’s legacy.

Grandpa’s legacy. James started the garden.

I wanted to give Lily a new task until her Bestselling Author aspiration was completed.

The thing is, she only needed to earn a few Simoleons and halfway through harvesting the goldmine, she completed it 😀

And then she moved out.

Did you know this is the latest trend to carry a toddler?

They seriously walked like this up to their destination 😀

And the destination is the potty.

I know it doesn’t look like this in the screenshots but everyone – Blue, Rose, and Perla – care a lot about Mark 🙂

No abandoned kids like last generation 😛

You’re back?! You moved out 5 minutes ago!

Lily: I heard about my father’s death. I need to grieve with my family.

You’ve known that before you moved out!

Spoiler: Lily turns out to be the worst sibling stalker ever in this legacy.

Lily: So far.

Mark: I miss blue daddy!

Blue: I miss him, too. But he was your grandpa, not daddy.

Mark and Roger had a special relationship. I think they were even good friends.

Blue helped the little redhead to forget about his grieve for a few minutes.

Can you hear the old back crack, too? Or is it just me? 😀

Freya finally got a lot of attention.

Mark: Kitty kitty pat pat.

Freya: That’s not the attention I want…

As soon as Mark started petting Freya, Loki sprinted through the house and stopped right next to them.

Loki: I was just thirsty, that’s all.

Thirsty for toddler attention.

Mark: Uh, that is…

Freya: Sh, it’s too late now anyway.

Yep, the puddle is from a little potty accident 😀

No. No! I don’t like this!

It was cute to watch him chase the stars around him tho 😀

Loki: I’m so old… So fragile…

This look breaks my heart 😦

But seconds later he sprinted through the house again 😀 And fought the squirrel in his beloved bush a few times in a row.

With Mark being a toddler I thought it’d be nice to have another nooboo on the way…

Third try and no nooboo 😦

Perla: Why won’t the Creator be with us?

I am the Creator and I want you to have a baby. Or more. Don’t blame it on me. Blame it on Mother Nature.

Rose loves to eat with Mark.

Yes, those are the Void Critter cards. I didn’t know where to put them and I don’t want to delete them as a child might want to play with them one day.

And yes, Freya is there as well. Of course.

Rose: Here Freya, have a bit of my breakfast.

Freya: I’m on the other side, dumb dumb!

It’s weird how a Style Inlfuencer needs writing skills but here we are and Perla needs to obey to climb the ladder of her career.

Perfect time for Mark to watch her 😀
