Chapter 2.6

Hello again!

Again because I write several chapters on one day (Friday, 12/12/2019) and schedule them.

So, back to the Brennans!

Veronica: I know that girl.

Carla: What the?! Get some clothes, old lady!

She’s a klepto! Lock the door!

Veronica: She’s no fan? No paparazzi? She’s NOT here for ME?

Nope, probably trying to visit your son. Or Barbarella.

Veronica: I despise her…

Oh look who got his rocket ready!

Also, seeing the house on the side and no snow, it’s time to show you the house!

I posted a picture of the inspiration on the thread, maybe you remember it? You won’t see too much resemblance 😀

The second floor with from left to right:

the fitness room, 3 kids rooms, 3 bathrooms and the elder bedroom.

And the first floor.

From north to south:

Kitchen and dining area
the purple living room on the right side
the pink master bedroom with a bathroom on the left side
and at the bottom the play room (not the Shades of Grey kinda play room!)
the baby and toddler room, already seperated into 2 rooms
another bathroom
and the huge hallway with some hobby stuff plastered all over.

Amy grew up to a toddler and I missed to take a screenshot, oops.

She has her dad’s brown hair, her dad’s grey eyes and the green skin from her alien mom.

Her toddler trait is Wild.

Woah, Barbarella! No more workouts on the treadmill for you!

How does Amy not fall of?

Barbarella: She’s grabbing my hair!

Oh.

There are no leftovers in the fridge anymore so Amy gets some peas. What a wonderful dish.

Maybe her mom should cook something… INSTEAD OF PLAYING VIDEO GAMES ALL DAY!!

Barbarella: But I need to work on my skill.

Yeah, also the parenting skill.

Barbarella: Already maxed.

With four kids? Wow.

I had a super hard time to get Amy to skill. She was always hungry or sleepy. Or – like most of the time – both.

Just look at that face. Says it all…

Oh, by the way, the twins maxed all their toddler skills, Steve will do, too, soon. Amy might be the first to not achieve that… Spoiled brat.

Nathan: Who do you think will die first?

Veronica: Maybe the alien?

Nathan: You or me?

Veronica: You’re older.

Nathan: I’m active and maxed fitness tho. Let’s bet.

Any guesses?

Nathan still only cares about Bud.

What are you reading to him?

Bud: The grand encyclopedia of the mafia.

Damian is off to space… to eat a grilled cheese sandwich for the last time in his life.

Please don’t die!

He survived!

Damian: What?

Nothing…

It is Steve’s birthday!

He maxed all his skills, too! Good boy!

His face looks… V shaped?

I changed his hair to the cheese hair color because there’s no pink CC hair for kids in my game. I wanted him to keep pink hair so you recognize him 🙂

His aspiration is Rambunctious Scamp (he might lose his extra pounds with it!) and his trait is Child of the Ocean. That’s a new one for me.

Just for clarification: for the aspirations I use the generator on the official legacy website. But since the trait randomizer was added to the game I ignore the traits of the generator and use that one instead.

So his aspiration is pure coincidence and I’m just lucky I can make him lose weight as a child.

Veronica: What’s wrong with those kids?

Do you even know their names?

Steve: Wow, dad! You’re such a funny comedian!

Damian: … I used to be fat like you.

Dad of the year award goes to…!

Steve: My dad is a jerk. I wish I could fly back to my planet with this rocket.

There’s a real rocket on the other side of the house, you know?

I’ve seen this in many 100 Baby Challenges before. And now it happens to me, too!

Attack of the floating plate!

Veronica: Kid, my eyes are up here.

Nathan: Don’t worry, honey. To look at what you think he’s looking at he would have to crawl under the table.

Jamie: Is that what you call true love?

Damian: My parents are the best couple in the world.

Nathan: Honey, stop! Our son is watching! Damian, I’m still super manly, alright?

Nathan has been blinking for a while now (his lifespan bar) and Veronica’s started blinking as well. They maxed all the skills I wanted them to max and now it is time to give them some time together again!

Don’t they look super cute here?

Just in time…

Veronica: What’s that light over there?

You’re dying.

Veronica: No, I can’t die. I will lose the bet…

Look at it this way: you turn from a star into a legend.

Damian: Yo, what’s up!

I hate the Insider trait…

Grimmy: I need a break. All this crying makes me depressed.

Grimmy: Ooh, a star. Do I know her?

:O How dare you?!

The 3 kids are at school and I made Amy do a lot of stuff to NOT wittness this scene. I noticed her too late 😦

Nathan: How dare you?

Grimmy: What? It’s my job… You’ll meet her soon, old man.

I feel like sharing something I’ve read somewhere about the Grim Reaper: A lot of people – including me – act like he’s the bad guy. But he never kills anyone. He’s just there to guide the dead to the other side. He’s a nice guy because it would be scary to walk alone.

And something similar but also totally different. If you know the show Lucifer then you might have heard of this point of view. In the show someone said (to Lucifer himself to cheer him up) that the devil (Lucifer) is not a bad guy. He’s just the one who punishes the bad ones for their sins.

Don’t know, but these POVs kinda changed my view on both characters.

Damian: Hey Grimmy! Have you ever tried grilled cheese?

This is the – sad- end of this chapter. I hope it’s not too hard on you that we lost Veronica. I will miss her grumpy face… Thank you, MaggieMarley, for giving me the chance to play this awesome sim in my challenge 🙂


Also, I think it’s time I confess that I suck at writing Damian’s name. I often type this:
