Hello and welcome back! Last chapter a lot happened. Veronica and Nathan moved on the empty lot, got married and made their ways up in their jobs. And Veronica is currently pregnant š
Nathan was gone and I thought he’s off to work. But instead he’s far behind the house and builds a snowpal.

And here we have the very first baby in this generation and this legacy: Damian Brennan š
Nathan: Hey there, little guy. I’m your daddy and I will do all the dirty stuff because your mom thinks it’s gross. She still loves you tho.
There’s a new baby in the room next door.
Veronica: Need to wash my hands.

Soon it was New Year’s Eve.
Nathan: Let’s celebrate the new year. We will… Honey, I’m not done yet.
Veronica: I didn’t get to drink for 9 months! You take too long.
She chugged the whole glass down. Wow.
Damian was asleep, both had a day off and so it was time for another date.
You guys know that there’s a thermostat set to hot? Ugh, I could save so much money…
And their date escalated a bit…
Veronica: Nathan, I’m expecting again!
Nathan: Damian was born today. How can you be pregnant again?
Veronica: Look at you, you don’t have the life you dreamed of but you’re still beautiful and have a rocking body after having a baby. It’s… something, maybe?

Veronica: Don’t you dare to even think about this!
Eh yeah, as I said: cute looking, but don’t listen…
Babies are boring and so there didn’t happen too much until Brendon aged up to a toddler.
He seems to have a lot from his mother. I still didn’t look at his adult form. But I’m ahead with playing so I know how he’ll look like š
His toddler trait is Independent. JACKPOT!
And the big toddler skilling begins.
In case you haven’t read my BOTU and don’t know the toddler skill tricks yet:
– Have the toddler talk to a stuffed animal (like Blarffy) to get them to level 5 of Communication within sim hours.
– Let the toddler watch grownups to raise the Logic skill real quick. After level 3 they’ll focus better and have less/no more nightmares.
– DO NOT USE TABLETS. Too slow.
– Playing with a grownup like here with Nathan raises the fun and social bar and also raises the Movement skill.
I think that’s it. Since I’ve found out about this on a thread all my toddlers age up with all skills maxed š

It’s too cold outside for jogging so Nathan is using the tv for his workout.
And that’s the perfect time to make Damian watch his father jump around like crazy.
Damian: Daddy what doing?
Nathan: Trolling the forum. Watch and learn, son, watch and learn.
I don’t have a screenshot but Nathan reached the worst reputation possible. It’s cool because he gets calls where shady people *cough* Nancy Landgraab *cough* ask to hide some money for them. It’s usually a bit more than 1K and it’s added to the household funds. And they never ask it back.
And another promotion!
Veronica: My back is killing me!
Nathan decided to watch tv like this. Ok. Cool. Not weird at all.
And of course he watches the kids channel.
Nathan was at work when Veronica’s water broke for baby #2. Or more?
I didn’t send her to the hospital because then Damian would have been sent to daycare. At night.

I just love how – without cheating – Veronica’s dream of having a boy and a girl came true š At least one thing works out in her life.
Nathan hasn’t seen his new baby yet but at least he found the time to mock some passersby. Just love the mocking face š

He walked two steps and then watched. Sims logic at its finest once again.
Damian, where are you going? Come back! Where are you parents? It’s raining!
Damian Brennan, age 5 sims days, ran away this day and was never seen again.

You wonder how parents can allow that? Well, because they prefer to spend time on their own. Or with strangers.

And soon after it’s time for Mila to become a toddler. There are two toddlers now. Oh boy…
And yes, there was only one screenshot of her as a baby. Problem?

She looks a lot like Nathan. That’s not too good tho… My male sims don’t look good in female versions.

It’s Love Day!
Nathan: Remember this rose? Well, it’s a new one because the ones I gave you are probably dead by now…

Nathan: And you’ll be the only one I’ll ever give a rose to.
The kids got along quite well. Damian wasn’t mad to get a new sibbling. And they talked a lot.
Damian: Oogoo gaga.
Mila: Gaga oogoo.

Is it just me or looks Damian a bit taller than his sister?
Mila – just like her older brother – liked watching her parents do random stuff. Well, I made them watch.

This little girl randomly knocked on the door. Nathan still needed mischievious interactions for his job. Bad tming, little girl. Bad, bad timing.

That’s the end of this chapter. I’ve had the screenshots saved for some time now but – as some of you already know – my old cat passed away š¦ I had planned to give the family a pet as soon as the toddlers are kids but I’m not sure if I can handle a pet die in the game as well…
Also, I’ve already played on up until the moment Mila grows into a teen. So the next chapter will be LOOOOONG.
